***Does an Employer have to pay the compliance fee for the same employee and same job offer twice in order for nominee to renew work permit again???? I have Provincial Nomination- FSW and have applied for permanent residency, I have used the permit support letter to apply for work permit which was issued valid for two years. Almost 2 years have passed and my PR is still in process, so my work permit it about to expire. I requested another support letter and was issued one by ONIP. Does my employer need to pay the compliance fee again and subir another job offer???? Or can I use the same receipt and job offer from two years ago???? I looked everywhere and can’t this information. Thanks for any help!

Do you have employment restrictions as a condition for your nomination? If you don't, you may be eligible for a Bridging Open Work Permit (BOWP).
