My status in Canada is PR, living in Canada (since January 01, 2018).
My employment is in USA ( daily commuter). All income comes from USA. I am thinking to apply for my parents TRV and would like to see if I can establish a case which gets approved.
Can anyone guide me if there are additional things/ or comment on my list
1. Duration of stay In Canada : 2 weeks ( NOC from employer)
2. Family Ties :
Father : Brothers/Sisters in India,
Mother : Parents in India(she visits them 1 week every month to help as her father has fracture that has been operated on thrice and recovery time is 1 year ). Not sure if this should be added
Children : Sister (married) and currently in UK. ( was single and in US when we applied for Parents US visa in 2015 and got rejected)
3. Employment : Father is full time government employee with steady income. Mother- Housewife
4. Financials : Good enough ( have been preparing them from last 8 months. No questionable transaction like funds deposited for visa/borrowed etc )
5. Other assets : Owns house, Car
6. Travel History : Thailand and Malaysia in 2017 ( just to get started to get some stamps in passport)
7. Previous Visa Rejection : USA Visa refusal 214(g) In early 2015.
With above profile, can I really develop a strong case? What else can be included in application to support? like travel insurance, tickets, etc
