Completing IMM 5444E if this is my first PR Card and I live outside of Canada

Hello all!

In next June I with my family are coming to make a Landing.

In IMM 5444E Form there are three sections I don't have any idea how to complete: 21, 22 and 24.

This is our first visit to Canada and we've never lived there. What do I need to fill out in the sections I mentioned above?

You renew your existing card upon expiry. You write nothing if this your initial card.
