Well i was requested to resubmit my medical again today, its been more than a year, do think its automatic or did they progress the case somehow?

Medicals aren't requested automatically if they are expired. Get them done ASAP.

I initially submitted it upfront on 26 aug 2019, received the letter today 4 dec. Than means it maybe good news?

Rejection just recieved from Abu Dhabi office. After my first term is nearly over. Reasons: purpose of visit, family ties and current employement situation.
