Company got acquired after ITA and AOR

We have a unique situation with respect to background verification. We have submitted our documents and have received an eAOR this week.

My spouse is the primary applicant. Her current organization will be acquired in next one month. This would mean change in the organization's name, email id, website etc. Would this create a problem in our background check?

The news about this acquisition is out in media since it involves 2 conglomerates. Should we still communicate this change to CIC at this stage or after this acquisition is completed?

if they call the contact number in the current reference letter would it still work? i doubt companies will remove websites, emails and phone numbers right after a takeover. they will continue to work for some time.

I have a similar case where it has been recently announced about my company being acquired however i still have to file my case. Shall i add anything in my case so that background verification process doesn't get impacted .

It's a standard message. You get this generally 30 days after an AOR
