There is no alternative of sending job description. Try to arrange that. You should talk to your employer for your job description. If you can not arrange it how can you prove your job experience ?

if i not able to sumbit this letter, they will not except this job experience only and didn;t give me point on this exp or will they totally reject my application based on not providing this one job exp letter . i have 5 year exp prior to this current job as a teacher in a private school and now secretary and i have all the papers except the current job one as they will not give a job desc. letter before resigning as there thinking is as i will apply for another job.

Please reply

Dear Rizwan123
you are right, they will reject your application at any stage if job description certificate is not submitted.

Yes, you can apply showing other job experience that you have. Pls. see the 38 NOC list whether your other job experience match with that.

they do talk about the possibility of not being able to get a letter from your current employer.

If you current job is not needed for points and not needed for ministerial instruction requirement, then you maybe safe.

if it is need for either (especially ministerial instruction), you should find a way to get your job description. How about a job advertisement for your job prior to you going there?

rupeshhari suggests right.

Rizwan123 you can find the job description in the advertisement (if you have that) and request your employer to sign it in their office pad. Or go with your other job experience.

and also i can;t show unempolyed for 5 yrs, as i am here working since 5 yrs, and my other job exp is before 5 yrs. so, its better to show employed and not write it under experience form. and show just previous exp which is before 5 yrs.

may be it will work
