Hi everyone!
I'm a canadian citizen and my girl friend is an haitian citizen
I would like to know what else can we do if we never live together in the same house to proove that we are living in common-law?

I don't think you can classify as common law if you don't live together. It's easier if you just get married.

I think there is conjugal for people for some reasons haven't been able to qualify as common law because they can't live together but it is hard to classify for that.
