Hi, a friend of mine needs help pls...This is her situation...She already applied for her PR a couple months ago. There is no dependants because she still single but she is living with her boyfrnd now who just arrive here in Canada 11 months ago as TFW also and they are living as common law for 11 months.
QUETIONS : Is it possible to add him on her PR application which is on process already after the 12 months of living together and declare as common law as CIC required.? Or is it possible to change his work permit to open work permit if she declare him as dependant? And how will she do it? Pls she need ideas and helpful tips n advice! We appreciate any help ! thanks in advance!
