Common Law Residency - Additional Fam info IMM5406

Hi Guys,

A bit of background I am an Australian born citizen applying for common-law residency with my Canadian boyfriend. I am filling out IMM 5406 for additional family information and am getting a little confused. I tried looking up other forums and instructions but they aren't getting me any closer to an answer!
Anyway...

Am i right to assume the following in the first page...
Applicant - Me the non Canadian
Spous/common law - My boyfriend the Canadian
Mother - MY mother??
Father - MY father??

Children we have none and then on the final page it asks for brother and sister information, are these my brothers and sisters?

Hey,

Yes - applicant, that's you. the form is in the "applicant package" so you have to see it all from your perspective.
So CL/Spouse> your boyfriend.
Your mother and father, and later on: your sister and brothers.
