I would like to apply for express entry program. I want to add my boyfriend to my application. we have been living together for two years in Canada. when I was applying for the work visa in November I stated that I am Single .as for the common law it requires to fill in "statuary declaration of the common law" form and it needs to take an oath in the court... so I just stated that I am single at that time.
now that I want to apply for express entry is it going to be a problem if I add my boyfriend as my common law partner?
please help me anyone with the same experience.
