Hi there,

I will be filing a common law partner sponsorship soon. I would like to know :

1) if ever there's a mistake in the typing of our street name on a pay slip or any other document (just a few) would it cause a problem or can we just join a explanation letter simply acknowledging that there was a mistake in the typing of the street name and that it has been modified to the correct spelling.

Thanks in advance!

Probably will not matter if the typo is obvious and other docs support and simple stuff like postal code correspond. Perhaps not even worth a letter of explanation but it won't hurt. Don't overdo it, if it's just a typo say so.

If it is just a typo and still obvious that it's still the same address, you don't need to bother with an explanation letter.
