I am applying my a study permit.
My common law partner is Canadian citizen and currently living in Canada already.
If I declared him on the Family Information form [IMM 5645] but tick NO for the "Will accompany you to Canada?" checkbox -
Will I still have to submit Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union [IMM 5409] and supporting documents with my application?
