I became a permanent resident of Canada in 2006 and I came with my family then I applied for the citizenship
after 3 years and I took the test ,in the test day they asked for translation of my passport and they let me write the test i submit the translation ,then i left Canada for work out side then I applied to renew my PR( because the citizenship took so long) and they asked me for documents I do not have and i ignored letter from an immigration judge and my PR expired for 6 years now i tried to obtain a travail document from the embassy and they asked for so many stuff so i did not come back ,I got a visa to USA and want to cross the border to Canada and to stay for 2 years to apply again for PR can i do that ? I am using a privet car

What did the letter from the "immigration judge" say? You can certainly try to cross the border in a private vehicle.

The letter just indicate a date to attend an immigration judge hearing. I was ready to leave for my new job and the date was 3 weeks later to my job start date. I could not attend.

Did you actually submit a Travel Document application, or did you decide that it was too difficult?

No . They asked me to provide so many docs that I do not have and HD concerns they may revoke my PRC so decided not to apply for travel docs.

OK. A border crossing is probably the best option for you... Good luck.

Something happened of your citizenship application. I guess they didn't believe what you submitted. A letter from immigration judge and why?
I don't think you will save anything about PR status if you cannot offer something they want. Most likely you will receive a departure order. But yes, you can enter Canada by land port.
