What If we did try to have the famous reference letter from employer, supervisor, colleagues, and we could not have it on hands? Any gentlemen/gentlewomen who experienced this issue and passed the R10 check without official job duties?
What I could have on hands are the following:
1-normal reference letter (all details except job duties) (I got 3 or 4 ref letters during my experience in the same company )
2-contract
3-organizational announcement email
4-payslips
5-bank evidence of salary transfer from each year
6-Governement document showing my work history from last 10 years with salary and cumulative working days(could be verified by Visa officer online directly on Gov website)
7-one VISA document given by my employer which was used for expatriation (a doc stating my experience with some duties for work permit purpose)
8-Internal job opening for my position (printed from our internal career management system)
9-promotion and bonus reference letter.
10-welcoming message from HR/Manager stating my position and my experience.
11-Job duties sent by email attached as PDF ( but no signature on it and not on my name, it is a general job duties for my position).
Do you think even with all these supporting docs, Visa Officer will not be convinced ?????
