Combination IELS and CELPIP score

HI All,

I am wondering whether both IELTS and CELPIP results can be sent in combination for applying under "CEC". The minimum proficiency is 7 on all category and i scored .5 band less in reading while taking IELTS. Now i am waiting for CELPIP and hope i will clear all areas with 4L. But if something happens, i wonder whether i can send both test results, to show that i have proficiency?

I do not see any where saying 1 single test i should have had proficiency of 7.

CIC will not mix and match. You have to get Level 7 on IELTs or 4L on CELPIP
