Hi ANil..can u suggest something in my case?.I do have some question...Actually , My planning was to apply for PR to canada but I think it is too far for me to get PR ..

So ,I have decided to go on student visa. I m b.pharma graduate and have one year experience ..I have 5.5 bands in IELTS..I have following quiries.

1. Which are the courses that I can apply based on my qualification?
2. which is the nice cities in canada other then torronto ?
3. May I get I20 based on my IELTS bands-5.5.(writing 5)?


4. If yes, then as same as SPP, Can I get 3 years work permit under Non-SPP ?
- If yes, Can I transfer to the course once I reached canada, anywhere ,any course,any place?
5. If I get Married ,What r the criteria to take my wife with me and will she able to do full time job there?
6. How much balance will required to show and how old bank balance statement?
7. Is there any chances that SPP will be extended to 2011 ?
8. Give me other details which can helpful for me..

According to my knowledge it is very difficult to obtain visa with 5.5 bands.

I think if someone is going for doing Masters in any field on student visa it must be at least 6.5, for below Masters it is 6.

What is the reputition of Huron college of management technology and health care? Their website is http://www.huroncollege.ca/main.php . The course is DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (E-COMMERCE). I don´t have IELTS.After matriculation I did 3 yr diploma in civil engg. frm Polytechnic college,Punjab in 2006. Then I joined a job in Airtel as a salesman. Is it right to go for this course? Will I get the visa? Pls guide me.

It all depends how you relate the course to your past exp. and studies. At the end you need to satisfy the Visa officer in what your plans are in taking the course in Canada and how will you benefit from it.

There are better colleges in GTA than Huron - Seneca, Humber, Centennial, George Brown and Mohawk to name a few.
