College fee not refunded

I have paid two semesters of my college fee at Canada college Montreal it's been more than 2 months and my college has not yet refunded. I have written mails but theirs no proper response . They only say we have submitted your form to finance department and waiting for their response same reply from long time . Is their any government department I can reach out and file a complaint as I m worried now.

You can check on your applied college website if they have stated processing time for refunds.

What I have heard, some colleges/universities have processing time between 4-6 weeks (business days) to process the refunds.

Nothing to do with the government or anything they can/will do, it will be between you and the college to resolve
