College did not start the course on time.

Hi all,

I need help urgently.
Actually I am in international student in Montreal. Before one day from the start of course on 26th November, college sent an email saying they don't have enough students so the course is postponed to next year February end.

What should I do? Should I inform immigration about this delay?

Will there be any problem to my study permit if I am not able to start course 90 days of reaching.???

Please help.
