College changed! Visa related question

I had my visa approved but it was late for college and hence I can't join this particular college. However, I found another college which provides this program in January. I have applied for a refund, Can I still get the visa stamped? Can I extend the visa in the end? Does that affect my PGWP?

Did you attempt to defer your admission at the other college? You can apply online to change you college. You must do this as soon as possible because your current college will report you as a no show after 90 days if you don’t. Yes you would get your visa when you arrive in Canada before your course in January. Yes you apply to extend your visa. No this change in programs will not effect PGWP.

Hello, my current college doesn't provide this course in Jan intake. Doesn't make sense to wait a year so applied for a refund. Course started this month.
