I would like to know if I completed a Business Marketing program (2-year diploma) in a good College I would land a job in a NOC 0, A, or B. Do you think this is possible?

It's possible but certainly not guaranteed.

It will depend on what other education and work experience you have. If you just have the diploma and no Bachelor degree, then it may be quite challenging.
