Cold and fever before medical exam

Hi,

My medical exam is due later this week but I am suffering from cold and fever. If my health does not improve before the exam, can that adversely affect the exam? Can someone please advise?

Can't comment with 100% assurance .
how bad is your cough and whether it can impact X-RAY result .

I suffered alot (not because I did Medical during cough) But because some spot observed in my Lung during xray (during my Work permit extension) and that haunted me till whole process of PR REALLY IT WAS A BAD DREAM FOR ME.
