If there's a closer review required it's typically because CIC has some concerns about whether the relationship is genuine.

oh. what do you think is the best thing to do to avoid transfer files? Is there any signs of being transfer soon that I can look for in My GCMS?

Probably too late to stop a closer review if it's already mentioned in the notes. I guess you could try providing new / additional evidence to support your relationship. No idea if that will help or not.

Sometimes it can, though not often. I've seen people have in their GCMS notes interview recommend, and they were able to waive it with additional proofs, but this isn't a common thing. It wouldn't hurt though to try.

superman2012, I don't know what they're trying to review, but one of my guesses would be that you failed to declare your siblings in your application. I'm assuming this just because you didn't declare them in your student visa application, so my guess is you didn't do it also here?

actually I declared all specially my family.

anyways, where can I send the additional propfs of relationship?

That's good, misrepresentation is always a bad thing.

Then it could be due to anything from your parents not attending the wedding, to you choosing a quick civil wedding, age gap, etc.

But if OP did not declare the siblings in previous app and then declares them now, I would think the discrepancy could be cause for closer review?

I never thought of that, but it's possible I guess. Like for example if you declare you're not married on a student visa application, but then say you are married for PR, I guess that could be misrespentation.

I'm not sure anout this but what I only know is I declared them when I applied for student permit and PR application. So is there anything I can see in my GCMS note to check if the application is red flag?

Well if you declared them on both it wouldn't be that.

What do the notes of the officer say at the end of the notes?

Just that review required and no detail?

Provided you didn't marry between applications, yes definitely misrepresentation.

Yes post them, we can have a more accurate look at it.

***Review Required**Application identified as part of the 2016 reduction exercise for certain spouses or Common-Law Partner in Canada Applications. Application requires closer review.

This is the first note that I can see on my GCMS
