Background check before eligibility pass

Hello Everyone:

I ordered my GCMS note and which showed
Eligibility is REVIEW REQUIRED
Criminality is IN PROCESS
Did anyone has the same experience that background check before the Eligibility passed?
They have started processing my criminality since Aug 7th and I haven't received any update.
No Pre yet.

Transferred to Honkong office on July 5th,2018
Background check start Aug 7th, 2018
No additional document required

background check can start at any point, third party is doing bgc. my bgc has not started yet, but they started bgc for people who applied 2 months after me

It has been 5 months for the RCMP screening already. Kind of frustrated.

Anyone knows how long takes CIC to process the RCMP screening?
