closed workpermit / LMIA POINTS AND CERB.

HELLO
i'm on LMIA based workpermit . Due to this covid19 and social distancing there is no work.
I want to know , can i claim CERB?
if yes ?
any effect on LMIA points which i have to claim for PR as I'm already in the pool .
I'm very confused.

plz give correct info if any body have.
future depends on it
