Closed Work Permit denied - Currently in Alberta AAIP application. But no

Hello, I have quite a similar situation. I have a score of 56 in my EOI for the Accelerated Tech Pathway, and I recently got a new job offer from my employer.

The issue is that my work permit is expiring soon, and I am planning to go on visitor status. I submitted my EOI with the new job offer 4 days ago.

I am not sure if I can still receive an invitation while on visitor status. My employer is willing to keep my position open and support me by completing the Employer Declaration Form if I receive an invitation.

You can still submit. Your NOC and score have to be selected and Alberta doesn't post NOCs.
