Closed Work Permit as Visiting Scholar

Hello,

I’m currently in Toronto.I had a Closed Work Permit as a Visiting Scholar without salary at one of the universities in Toronto,Canada for five months from 11/08/2017 to 15/12/2017, then return to home to complete my study B.Sc in Chemical Engineering. Currently, I have Closed Work Permit without salary and closely will expire, the question is
Could I convert the Closed Work Permit to PR or Opened Work Permit or any process that can let me stay in Canada... Thank you so much advance

Canada has a number of different immigration programs - each with their own requirements. You'll need to spend time researching them to understand what it takes to qualify and be selected. Open Work Permits are only granted in very specific circumstances. Based on the information you've provided - you unfortunately wouldn't qualify for one.
