I filled an application for my children, two children under one application. IRCC then requested for the younger's CLIENT INFORMATION. I have that in the brother's already. While trying to upload it under it since IRCC requested for it, I couldn't/ Kindly help
 
Use the webform & upload the same document used for the other child. You can add a Covering Letter of Explanation if required
