Seems that if you want to get the most extra points from skill transferability factors, you have to sit IELTS and score at least 8/7/7/7. (I am now 7/9/7/8.5 ....... :-\)

That seems to be the case. Damn I am missing the writing part by 0.5 band, otherwise I got all CLB 9. :'(

Aggregate doesnt matter, each skill of IELTS score is mapped to CLB that you have mapped correctly..try to improve your listening so that u get CLB 9 in all 4 and that would really increase your overall score..
