Hi,
I am the primary applicant for the Express entry. I had a query that came up while filling up the eligibility check form:"Do you have a relative- sibling, cousin, niece, nephew in Canada who is a Permanent resident". My husband's first cousin is a Citizen of Canada". Am I allowed to tick the check box although he is related to me through my husband?
Also, I checked the eligibility by once ticking the box and once without ticking it. In both cases, I was eligible to apply. So is there any particular advantage during express entry processing in case I do go ahead and make this selection?
Much thanks in advance..
