Clarity on applying for student visa

Hi all,

This is Ravi Teja. I am actually thinking to apply for Student Permit for Canada. But the problem is I ghav already applied for Manitoba and Quebec state sponsorship visa. So I apply for Student Visa will it be problem if I have an application in process

Not necessarily you just have to fill form honestly.

And just a note for the country you are applying too, it would be provinces not states
