First of all, I would like to apologize for posting once again about that subject but I never was able to find the correct answer to it.
I currently am living in Italy, waiting for my approval for residence so I went to take my police certificate and now I need to translate it.
I spoke with various italian certified translators that have doubts about the use of the affidavit done in a courthouse. They told me their own affidavit stating that they declare the translation viable would suffice as they are "declared" at the said courthouse.
I would like to know if I need these affidavits done at the tribunal or just from the translator?
