I am new to this forum. Need a urgent help/suggestion from experts. We got our ITA and we uploaded all the documents other than FBI pcc. Our due date for submission of FBI PCC is 13th February, 2018. That is today. My credit card was charged on 5th and got a confirmation from FBI that my report has been sent by US first class mail on 7th. I have given USA address for delivery. Till now i have not received the PCC. Can i raise a CSE for 1 week extension with credit card transaction confirmation detail and FBI email confirmation ?
Is it necessary that i have to reply through my account where they have created a provision to upload my PCC. Going really crazy with this . Please help
