Clarification on Post Marriage Process

Dear All ,

I am a Canadian PR working in Singapore and recently married .
I am still in Singapore and have married after landing .
I want to move along with my wife to Singapore .
So can some one please let me know the process

I am planing to file Visitor Visa.
Do I need to intimate Immigration as well of my marriage
