Clarification on CWP and OWP. Possibility to apply OWP?

I am owning a CWP with an employer. My Spouse is owning an OWP.
Due to the employment challenges; employer is asking to leave the country even though the CWP is valid for next 9 months.
I wish to continue to work in Canada due to spouse maternal condition, I am planning to check the best options. needs direction.

a) Can I look for another employer with my CWP and having a new employer ready to offer job, is that movement possible?
b) Will I be able to stay in Canada, with the support of spouse OWP?
c) Will I be able to apply for OWP, staying in Canada and how long this process might take.

1. Yes, but you would require a new LMO and a new work permit before you start work.
2. Until your current work permit expires.

Can you please let me know if my wife OWP is processed from my company and in cancellation of my WP will my wife's OWP will be cancelled?
