claiming points for experience

Hi,
I currently have 10+yrs of Skill A continuous work experience in India and abroad (nothing in canada). While doing the points calculation, what am I supposed to fill for "In the last ten years, how many years of skilled work experience in Canada do you have".

Does the above purely means the work experience should have been gained in canada or a skilled work experience equivalent to that of canadian experience.

This means if you have any experience in Canada, then you should mention that only. This question doesn't include any experience out of canada.
