Hello everyone! Is it safe to enter Canada as student and claim asylum at the airport? According to the refugee act posted on the Canada website, you can only seek asylum from within Canada, it also states that one can enter Canada through "any means" and claim asylum upon entry even with fake documents. Some people say I will loose my status as a student/study permit by claiming asylum. How true is this?
