what documents we need to bring to the test and do they need to see all previous passports or just last 4 years

They will need your old and current passport if that apply to you, provincial health card, driving License, confirmation of permanent residence, PR Card, all these documents should be originals that's it. Again one more thing. The officer will look closely at your days in Canada. If there is a gap of a day you did not declared, you need to have a good explanation for that.

Thanks Kumark. 3 days back when I was looking at the CIC website for scheduled oath ceremonies for 19th august in Edmonton, I could see 3 sessions in the Art Gallery in Churchill Square so I thought I am scheduled in the Art gallery when I saw my Ecas update. But yesterday when I received the actual letter it showed that I am scheduled for a different location on 19th August. Now that CIC website is not working which usually shows the scheduled oath ceremonies in specific cities, maybe they are updating. So I believe they are organizing more number of ceremonies in Edmonton than what was actually published. This should definitely bring more oath invitations sooner than expected.

Wife had the test today and she scored 19/20. Everything went well, didn't even ask for the educational documents. Passport stamps were mostly there except the two trips to USA, exits from there were on the passport but entries into canada weren't because during immigration they only scaned her PR card. Anyways, they said they wil verify the entries with cbsa.

wadelmaki: it is under decision made. the status was changed to decision made 3 days after test but took long to get the oath schedule.

we didn't get letter yet but e case was updated this morning.

I have my oath scheduled for August 25, they sent me a notice on August 6.

A quick question.. your profile says you landed in Oct 2013 and you applied for Canadian citizenship in july 2014.. did you had enough residency to be eligible to apply for citizenship? i have a friend he landed in Aug 2012 and he is still waiting to complete his 3 years.. however now he have to complete 4 years as per new rules..

Profile dates listed are for my wife when I applied for spousal sponsorship back in 2013. I came in April 2009 and applied for citizenship in July 2014 Congratulations and all the best for your oath on Aug 20th. Tc
