Hi,
The online application requires uploading the passport bio page. I'm considering adding all passport pages in the Optional Documents section. Additionally, is it advisable to upload extra documents such as T4 slips, Notices of Assessment, and utility bills? Would including these have any negative impact on the application?

Regarding the Presence Calculator: How many buffer days should be allowed before submitting an application? Is a 5-day buffer sufficient (1095 + 5 = 1100 days)?

Don't upload unnecessary extra documents that you mentioned. Buffer depends on how much travel you undertook. If you have maintained the entry and exit properly two week buffer should be good enough.

1) Do i have to submit any proof of employment present and/or past ?
2) Do i have to submit my previous WPs / status documents (that also are part of the 0.5 times of days claimed, upto 365 days) used for my presence calculator ?

Any other documents that i may need to submit, which are not already uploaded ?

The answer from @forw.jane holds. Don't send extra document just because you see there's an extra documents section. Keep it simple and just stick to the requirements. If IRCC wanted the docs you're listing, they would have asked for those.
