Hello guys! This might have been asked and answered already but please allow me to ask again. ;)

So I am starting to prepare for our citizenship application and I just have a question about this...

My husband (Canadian) and I together with my son traveled to the US for a week. Is this considered an absence?
I read somewhere (I cannot find it at the moment lol) that if you travel with Canadian spouse it is not counted as absence. is this true? I know I can print the I-94 to prove that we all traveled together.
How about on the PR calculator? should I include the travel or not?

Please enlighten me :)

Thank you!

Yes, you should include...

Relevant rule:
Under subsection 5(1.01), a citizenship applicant can count time residing with their Canadian citizen spouse or common-law partner who was employed outside of Canada in or with the Canadian Armed Forces, the public service of Canada, or the public service of a province or territory, but not as a locally engaged staff, as time spent residing in Canada for the purpose of meeting the physical presence requirement for citizenship.
