Would anyone who recently got interviews in Montreal share their experience?
Are there any mock-interviews on YouTube? Can anyone share links, if available?

Aloha there!

My interview (and test) was in October 21st.
there is nothing to worry about. It is usually very fast and simple. My interview did not take more than 5 minutes.

The Officer was very polite and friendly. He asked for my documents, and started to check them against the copies I sent. After that he checked my passport stamps with my travelling history declared. I had two stamps missing in my passports, but the officer never asked anything, and didn't seem to bother about it.

Than he made some friendly questions about my personal life and work. Nothing complicated, really very simple questions.

Then he said I got 20/20 in the test and I was a proved in the interview. He said I should expect an Oath invitation letter in 3 to 4 months.
the letter came 20 days later.

That's it. Nothing to be afraid of.

Cheers!
