Language Skills passed, Physical Presence and Prohibitions still in Progress - Feb 2025 AOR, no document or interview requests

Hi all,

My AOR is on 4 Feb 2025, and I got my Language Skills updated to complete on 7 June 2025. However, Physical Presence and Prohibitions were not completed at the same time.

I applied with 1096 days, so I expected more scrutiny on my travel days, but I am very sure of my travel submission to the IRCC and have plenty of proof of my entry/exit from the country for all my trips.

Nonetheless, I did not get requests for travel proof or interviews. I was wondering if anyone is in or is aware of a similar situation?

Since you applied with just 1096 days, it's quite possible your application has gone for secondary review which tends to create delays in processing. Not much you can do but wait.

My spouse had more days (not very many though) and complicated travel, and had interview. Physical presence was cleared shortly thereafter, others not (we were told about the background etc taking a while from the date of interview).

So it's my guess that the manual check can result in PP clearing by hand and separate from others. That may or may not mean delay, but at least explains why PP went green separately.

Yea I figured the review was gonna happen. It's either wait a month before applying, or apply now and add a month-ish to processing time. So I figured it was the same. I am just surprise they have not contacted me for proof/travel docs, stamps or interviews. Scoping out the web board, I see people were asked for interviews and for passport stamps pretty early in the process, so I was surprised I was not invited that's all.

All my travels were via air, so I assume it will be all in the CBSA report they have anyways. Maybe it's just needing another set of eyes or two before approval.

They updated yours to complete. They were satisfied. Don't overthink it.

Since they updated to complete, it may be that. Or even one set of eyes, and they require it for all with less than [x] days - and that person looked and it was straightforward and nothing more to do.

Oh my physical presence is still in progress, along with prohibitions. Only Language Skills was updated to complete. Sorry for the confusion.

Ahh it was suppose to say Language Skills! Maybe IRCC should take a closer look at my language submission !!
