There is a lot of discussion here about this. It is a poorly composed part of the application. There are various ideas about how to approach it. Many agree with the approach you suggest and adding "NA" to the form, and that should suffice.

My wife moved in Canada in January 2015. Thus she filed for taxes for the year 2015 (filed in 2016) and 2016 (filed in 2017).
She is going to apply for citizenship in this month.
so, her eligibility period is 2013-02-11 to 2018-2-11
Can you please help us answering the following question? She didn't file taxes for the year 2014. Does she need to file taxes for the year 2014?

Not filing taxes is tantamount to tax evasion so you should file even if it late. It’s not a crime to owe taxes. The CRA can actually complete a Notional Assessment on your behalf and estimate your income. It could also trigger RQ when you apply for citizenship. I would file outstanding year before sending in application. But that’s just me.

Since she wasn't here in 2014, she doesn't need to file taxes for that year.

That's not the case. The person moved to Canada in 2015... they filed taxes for that year in 2016.... so she was not required to file taxes for 2013 and 2014.

My question is, can I print the online copy and attach it along with my package?

Or do I need to wait for the mailed copy?

On the checklist, it's written to attach a photocopy.

Me and you are in the same boat. Brampton seems to be the slowest of all. Apart from pp62 none in our list seems to have had any movement after IP. Its been 2 months and over for most of us in the list and still nothing.

Judging by the way things are going for Brampton I dont think we should be expecting anything before 6 months (see applicants from before October) but hopefully I am wrong.

Its strange since even Mississauga is faster than us!!!

I received the letter they sent me and it’s FP request from Vancouver. Good to see that Canada post is working today on BC’s family day.

I advise Oct applicants who haven't yet recieved their AOR to reapply ASAP. I sent 1st application on Oct 13 , recieved by IRCC Oct 16/17. Never heard from them about it and then sent another one on Dec 8/17, I received AOR yesterday. I tried all possible means to track Oct application including talking to local MP but nothing worked.

I think you should not leave any fields blank, it could result in your application being returned. Enter your spouse's or a friend's information.
