Citizenship Application supporting document

Do I need to get my medical records from OHIP or similar health insurance providers in order to support my stay in canada for citizenship application purposes?
I actually relocated from Ontario (3years) to British columbia (1 year).
So should i get one from OHIP (Ontario) and also from BC Services ?

As per standard application package for citizenship , these documents are not required. However, when a Residence Questionnaire is issued then such documents might can help.
