Citizenship application question.

Hi ,

In the citizenship application there is a question number 13 , where it is talking about immigration status applicant has held in last 5 years.

There they asking when I obtained that status. I think it means when my first Indian passport was issued ( that date ) . Right now I have renewed my passport and have a new one since last expired.

Am I right ?

I think you are confusing nationality with immigration . If you do not hold any status with any other country other than the one you have passport with (India) you should be mentioning the PR status date .
