Kindly guide me for the application question#9 below

Point9:
During your Eligibility period did you have Temporary Resident status in Canada before becoming a PR. If yes provide details in the chart

Status: Worker / Visitor
Effective Date: Date of Workpermit / Visitor permit Start
Expired Date:
Question1: Actual End date of the Permit or the day before we got the PR? Ideally we have Work permit for more days, in between i got PR. So should I enter the date before which I got the PR?

C. During your eligibility period. did you live outside of Canada. If yes Fill cit0177e
Question: This form is for Crown family members. I don't think We need to fill this. What should we do in this case?
