finally guys my file went to (Decision Made ) today 02/09/2018 ,, no line was added in the case details but under the
Citizenship Application Status ,, it went to Decision Made ,, my test was on 02/07/2018 ,, officer told me that everything look good ,, that mean now I am waiting the Oath invite right ????

I am so happy ,, thank god

I did not receive any email though yet? I called CIC today and they told me that they have sent me an email on feb 7th

There may be a snail mail you will get by Monday

Finally 4th line came to appear for test on Feb 24th

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on August 23, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on September 26, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on September 28, 2017.
4. We sent you a notice on February 7, 2018 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 24, 2018 at 7:45 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.
   *Note: Citizenship and Immigration Canada does sometimes schedule events on Saturdays or Sundays.

You re right. Most oath invites are coming from Vancouver and Calgary. As for Edmonton, also they are very slow for August applicants. We have to be patient. We waited for long, we can wait for this last step.

They don't forget us, but it's seem to me there are a lack of numbers of judges they can't cover the redudce demand of applications here in Mississauga for example.
Each day after 07:30AM I check my status for hoping to see the a new line for oath invitation but nothing.
The capacity of each ceremoney is 100 persons, each week I said to my self hope next week I'll get a good news but time is running too slow like a turtle movement.

I applied in August 2017, and it was being processed since 13 Sept 2017.
but no update since then.

You are not alone sir...AOR August 25th , 2017 ...In Process since Sep 14th 2017...Mississauga Applicant..no test invite as of yet...
Called CIC...Agent said everything looks good , just background check in progress..
