CIC will consider the NOC assessed by HRDSC team?

Hi All,

I have few questions here , whether .

1. CIC will consider the NOC code assessed by HRDSC or they have their own way of assessing?

2. HRDSC also requires substantial number of Job Duties for assessment?

3. Can i provide new or updated reference letter at CIC stage ?(Already provided one for SINP).

1. NOC selection is completely your responsibility. HRSDC may provide suggestions but those aren't binding either on them or on IRCC.

I feel my previous reference letter aren't 70% matching with my primary NOC although i was nominated.

Don't risk it now. That letter got you nominated, chances are high that it will pass IRCC's scrutiny as well.

NOC i was nominated is 2171 [2 yrs 6 months] , rest are 2174 .
At CIC stage i would require atleast 4 years experience in the Primary NOC to obtain 67 pts.

What do i do now?

For point 3, don't ever attempt that. I read in this very forum of someone getting rejected by IRCC for providing a different letter from what it was submitted to province. You'll be fine just by going with what got you nomination.

I am not sure what the change was. But it doesn't look like a good idea to alter anything just for submitting to IRCC.

I don't have any personal experience on this thing, so I leave this query to other senior members.
