CIC vs QUBEC

I am a software engineer with 11 years of experience. I would like to migrate to Quebec.

I believe that QUEBEC has a different immigration program than other provinces in Canada. I mean FSW is not relevant for QUEBEC. Can anyone help me with the QUEBEC immigration process? Where can I get detailed information on immigration to Quebec. Please do not send me immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca it looks like a very complicated site.

Yes - the Quebec Skilled Worker program is a separate program from FSW.
