Hello everyone. My partner has received decision made and they sent an email asking to confirm our mailing address. I'm guessing he should receive COPR soon. Anyways my son was born last week and I need to call ottawa to update them. What's the ottawa visa number for calling abroad, or just their number. Thanks

usually, there is no way to call the ottawa office. the applicant will need to respond to the email request, notify cic the baby was born, provide proof and add the baby to the application if it's required. the applicant can also submit a case specific inquiry if they have already responded to the request.

the email they sent the applicant for his new address? that is an email request. respond to that email and notify them of the baby and/or submit a case specific inquiry. CIC doesn't respond to emails sent, so don't expect one. they will take the information and contact you when/if it's necessary to do so.
