What was the expire date of your IELTS result card??

21 June 2016. But I didn't attach it with cic app. Because they need IELTS for C, D Cayegory NOC.

That's the reason for cancellation.
They say starting from 2012 most C and D professions are required to provide IELTS, that means A, B were already asked to provide it even before 2012.

Think about it, can CIC ever study a case without knowing English/language abilities?

Prepare and apply again as soon as possible. ..

That's the reason for your return man, u did mistake here Ielts report is required to send.

oh Dear u made a blunder, IELTS result copy is mandatory for PR application at the time of submission, this is the reason of cancellation!!

Now mine IELTS HAS EXPIRED. Do I have to retake? They clearly mention in instructions that IELTS mandatory for C and D NOC ONLY. I tead in many threads too, so I didn't send it. Big mistake.

They can ask for missing docs, like IELTS etc, why they returning back the whole package? I read many cases here where they ask about missings only. Although they don't mention missing docs in my linked application, where appropriate place for show missings already.

You still have the chance...don't worry and don't think much. Just try to retake the Ielts and take the date from IDP (dates easily available as compare with BC) along with if your nomination is going to expire request for the extension to SINP. When you have IELTS TRF in hand re-submit your application immediately to CIO.

Sorry but don't do this blunder mistake again with any other documents, follow the updated checklist and arrange all documents and updated forms in order.

Sorry to heard this news. Could you please confirm whether you checked your link on 08 September 2016, before this date you did not check it. I am wondered why it takes almost 75 days to returned your application by CIC or cic noticed earlier you did not check your link before some how. What is the reason behind this issue. Kindly revert. Thanks.

Dear, I check it regularly, on 7th Sept. my Application Status was "Open" and on 8th changed to "Cancelled as Incomplete". Nowadays Usually they open the Application package only after 75-80 days, before that they even don't touch it, so that theory applied with mine too.

Try to get 6 band so that you will be safe and sound!!!

Ashuindian there is no band limitations but make sure you fullfil the sinp requirment and don't afraid about rejection like LVO. We are ndvo applicants if we have nomination and already fulfilled the sinp requirment then there is no limitations......make sure at least you score 6.0
